The following terms and conditions, privacy policy and cookie policy cover services that are provided by HFBA Trading Limited ("HFBA", or the "Company").

If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use the website or enrol with us.

Information and Disclaimers

Whilst HFBA works hard to prevent any or all errors and omissions, neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, performance or completeness of information offered on this website for any particular purpose or use.

The material on this website is owned by or licensed to HFBA and includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction of all material is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice and with permission given.

HFBA will not be held liable in connection to the website, products or services offered both by us or others. This includes direct, indirect or consequential losses. We are not liable for any financial losses caused a result of using the website.

By accepting these terms and conditions you accept that HFBA is not responsible for the welfare of members.

Rights

HFBA reserves the right to change or alter any part of the website, with or without notice, both temporarily and permanently. We always work to maintain the website at all times, however, it is subject to change.

Pricing

Payments between HFBA and its users are handled by Stripe Inc and Paypal. All prices on the website are correct at the time of writing and are subject to change at any time before an agreement is made; once an agreement is made between HFBA and a user the price is fixed unless stated.

Although we try to ensure all prices are correct at all times, there may be an occasion when something is priced incorrectly; we will verify the cost at the point of payment.

Refund & Cancellation Policy - STANDARD / PREMIUM PLANS

Under our standard & premium (subscription) plans, refunds are not given under any circumstances.

If you would like to cancel or pause your subscription so that you are not billed again in the future, please fill out the form that was linked in your joining email, also available here.

Once you have cancelled your subscription, you will lose access to the course, community, and any other benefits given to HonestCreators members on your next payment anniversary date.


Refund & Cancellation Policy - LIFETIME

If you are a member of the HonestCreators lifetime plans, you may request cancellation of your membership and a refund within the first 14 days of enrolling, provided that:

- You have not accessed more than 20% of the course's content since enrolling

- You have not received any feedback from our coaches on any of your content

Due to our payment processor not reimbursing transaction fees, refund requests will incur a £25 admin fee.

Accessing course content includes opening a lesson or a file, regardless of whether you watched it or not. Whether or not you click on the 'MARK AS COMPLETE' button within a lesson makes no difference.

There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule, so please note that opening a lecture / video for viewing will count towards your 20% allowance. If you have questions in relation to this policy, or would like to apply for a refund under the above conditions, please email [email protected] with the following information:

- Your name.

- Date you enrolled.

- Number of days since you enrolled (to confirm less than 14 days has passed).

- % of course complete according to your member stats (to verify less than 20% has been accessed). This stat is available to view when you login or can be calculated by doing Number of Accessed Lessons / Total Lessons.

- Confirmation that you have not received feedback on any of your content

Once you pass the 14 day trial period, a refund will not be given under any circumstances.

Refund & Cancellation Policy - INNER CIRCLE

If you are a member of the HonestCreators Inner Circle, you may request cancellation of your membership and a refund within the first 14 days of enrolling, provided that:

- You have not accessed more than 20% of the course's content since enrolling

- You have not attended any 1-1 coaching calls (other than your welcome call)

- You have not received any feedback from our coaches on any of your content

Accessing course content includes opening a lesson or a file, regardless of whether you watched it or not. Whether or not you click on the 'MARK AS COMPLETE' button within a lesson makes no difference.

There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule, so please note that opening a lecture / video for viewing will count towards your 20% allowance. - Your name.

- Date you enrolled.

- Confirmation that you have not attended any 1-1 coaching calls.

Once you pass the 14 day trial period, a refund will not be given under any circumstances unless the Earnings Guarantee applies (see below).

Earnings Guarantee - INNER CIRCLE ONLY

As part of the HonestCreators Inner Circle, we provide a guarantee that you will recover the cost of your membership via commissions and / or retainers by the time you have finished our 3 Stage Fast Track programme (see section below), which can be completed in as little as 90 days.

The guarantee outined above is only valid if you meet the following conditions:

● Completed 100% of the course.

● Attended at least 1 weekly group coaching call for each week that you have been a member.

● Uploaded at least 2 pieces of shoppable content (minimum 15 seconds in length) to your account for each day that you are a member of the 3 Stage Fast Track programme (e.g. if you complete the programme in 90 days, you must have uploaded a minimum of 180 videos by the end of the programme).

- Note: to ensure your content is spread out across the period, of the content you record, you must upload at least 14 videos (minimum 15 seconds in length) to your account for each week that you are taking part.

● Promoted at least 10 different products.

● Interacted on a weekly basis with your 1-1 coach (either via a call or through the Voxer app), seeking their feedback and implementing their suggestions & recommendations.

● Completed the HonestCreators 3-Stage Fast Track programme (see below).

If you have not generated the cost of your membership via commissions and / or retainers (which have been paid or have been agreed to be paid following posting of any outstanding content), and you have met all of the above conditions, the coaching sessions that you are entitled to will be extended for another 40 days or until you recover the cost of your membership via commissions and / or retainers, whichever is sooner. During this period you will still be expected to meet the above conditions of uploading content, attending group calls etc.

If after this extended period of coaching you have still not recovered the cost of your membership back, and you have complied with all of the above criteria, we will reimburse you for the membership cost less any commissions or retainers that you have earnt.

Fast Track Programme Process - INNER CIRCLE ONLY

Once you join the Inner Circle and have followed the instructions in the course to get your TikTok Shop Affiliate account approved, you will begin our Fast Track Programme alongside your allocated coach.

The Fast Track Programme has been put together to ensure that you stay on track with your goals, make continued progress, and earn back your membership fee by the time that you have completed it.

The 3-stage programme can be completed in as little as 90 days. Each stage aims to help you develop the different skills needed to become a successful TikTok Shop Affiliate.

Stage 1 begins once you have had your kick off call with your coach and uploaded your first piece of shoppable content. It concludes on Day 30, where you will need to pass a checkpoint test in order to proceed to Stage 2.

When starting the programme, you will be able to choose your preferred video style (faceless, face-to-face, story telling etc) and the type of products that you would like to promote. However, if after 2 attempts you are unable to pass the 30 day or 60 day checkpoint tests for your preferred style & choice of products, your coach may recommend a different video style and / or choice product(s) if they believe that this will yield you better results. By taking part in this programme, you agree to listen to & and act upon their recommendations.

Stage 2 begins on Day 31 or the day after you pass the Stage 1 Checkpoint test, whichever is later. It concludes 30 days later (the earliest being Day 60), where you will need to pass a second checkpoint test (writing & recording your own of TikTok Shop content), which will be reviewed and scored by your coach & Janson.

Stage 3 beings on Day 61 or the day after you pass the Stage 2 Checkpoint test, whichever is later. It concludes 30 days later (Day 90 at the earliest), at which point you will have completed our 3 Stage Fast Track Programme.

Throughout the Fast Track programme, you will have regular interaction with your coach via calls & instant messaging. They are there to support you as much as possible, so please ensure you leverage their experience. See below for further details.

COACHING CALLS - INNER CIRCLE ONLY

As a member of the Inner Circle programme, you will be allocated dedicated coach, who will be there to support & guide you throughout the 3 Stage Fast Track Programme. You are able to message your coach on the Voxer app whenever you like, but if it is a weekend or late in the evening, please be understanding of the fact that your coach may not reply immediately.

Calls can be booked with your coach whenever you feel necessary, with sessions lasting for 30 minutes each. So that our coaches can ensure they are well prepared for your session, you must book sessions at least 2 days in advance and provide as much information about what you would like to discuss on the call booking form.
